TaeKwon-Do classes meet Thursday and Sunday evenings on the St. John’s campus.
A highly skilled martial art, which has developed through the centuries, TaeKwon-Do, offers cadets the chance to improve their physical fitness and concentrate on the five basic principles of: Courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and acquiring an indomitable spirit. Cadets participating in TaeKwon-Do have the opportunity through membership in The American TaeKwon-Do Association to earn belts based on their level of achievement and skill. Instructor Linda Rickman has earned her 2nd degree Black Belt, and Instructor Tim Rickman has earned his 3rd degree Black Belt.
