Weightlifting Program

The weightlifting program is open to all Cadets and offers both strength and fitness training.

Organized under the trade name of FitCast, a nationally known on-line fitness routine, Cadets commit to a fitness regimen that develops good nutrition and fitness habits. The FitCast Club meets on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:15 – 8:45 p.m. The weightlifting coaches have several years of weightlifting experience and training.
